Ben Yan

Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Yan is a Vice President responsible for supporting the asset management activities of IRA Capital’s investments.

Prior to joining IRA Capital, Mr. Yan was a Vice President at Sterling Bay | West, where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management across the Western U.S. His experience spans more than 10 years and over $6.1 billion in transaction volume across life sciences, office, multifamily, and R&D assets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yan held roles at KBS Realty Advisors, where he supported acquisitions, financing, and asset management of large-scale office and multifamily investments.

Mr. Yan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego and is an active member of NAIOP and ULI in Southern California.
