Asheesh Patel

Senior Associate, Asset Management

Mr. Patel is a Senior Associate responsible for supporting the asset management activities of IRA Capital’s investments. Mr. Patel most recently worked at AEW Capital Management when he was the asset manager of a $2B portfolio of industrial, multifamily, office, and medical office properties. Prior to AEW, he worked in acquisitions and asset management roles focused on hospitality, self-storage, and multifamily properties.

Mr. Patel earned his bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
