Ben Chernus

Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Chernus is a Vice President responsible for asset management of the company’s senior housing portfolio. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Chernus was a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors, where he primarily oversaw acquisitions and asset management of value-add senior housing and hotel investments. Mr. Chernus started his career with Cantor Fitzgerald focusing on underwriting and structuring CMBS, agency, and bridge loans across all asset types.

Mr. Chernus earned an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
