Mr. Savage is a Senior Analyst at IRA Capital, where he supports the underwriting, execution, and ongoing asset management of both stabilized and opportunistic real estate investments across the firm’s national portfolio. In this capacity, he is focused on financial modeling, market and competitive analysis, due diligence, and strategic portfolio oversight, contributing directly to IRA Capital’s disciplined investment decision-making process.

Prior to joining IRA Capital, Mr. Savage worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo, within the Real Estate Gaming and Lodging coverage team. In that role, he supported mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and client advisory engagements across diverse real estate verticals and adjacent asset-intensive industries.

Mr. Savage earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from Temple University, where he was actively involved in professional and leadership organizations.
