Mr. Samy is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Samy is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments. Prior to joining IRA Capital, Mr. Samy served as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities, where he focused on M&A, IPO, and structured capital raise transactions for public REITs and private real estate platforms.

Mr. Samy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
