IRA Capital, in partnership with Lantern Capital, acquired an interest in Bluejack National, a 755-acre luxury lifestyle and residential community located in North Houston. The property is anchored by the first Tiger Woods–designed golf course in the United States, serving as the centerpiece of a premier private club and master-planned resort community.
The investment encompassed the continued development of a high-end resort environment featuring more than 400 luxury residences, multiple dining concepts, a full-service spa and fitness center, and an extensive suite of lifestyle amenities. These include two swimming pools, a 150-foot water slide, sport courts and fields (basketball, football, pickleball, and wiffleball), fire pits, bowling lanes, and a recreational lake for canoeing and fishing — creating a fully integrated, destination-driven experience for residents and members.
