Sasha Tofan

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Tofan is a Senior Project Manager of IRA Capital. His primary responsibilities include the management and operations of IRA’s investments. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Tofan served as an asset manager and accumulated a portfolio exceeding $1.0 billion. He was previously responsible for the development and operations for one of California’s first master-planned mixed-use communities in Irvine, CA.

Mr. Tofan earned his Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University with an emphasis in Management of Operations and a minor in law, justice and social control.
