Nader Ghosheh

Partner & General Counsel

Nader serves as Partner & General Counsel at IRA Capital, where he provides strategic legal oversight across the firm’s real estate and business operations. His role encompasses oversight of IRA’s full legal platform, including the structuring of investment vehicles and institutional joint venture equity and debt arrangements, coordination of the firm’s debt facilities with lenders across the capital stack, and legal oversight of leasing and tenant operations. He supports IRA’s investment, asset management, and operational initiatives while supporting disciplined execution and long-term value creation.

Nader brings more than 20 years of legal experience and has been involved in over $5 billion of transactions across a wide range of asset classes and investment structures. Prior to joining IRA Capital, he spent over a decade at Much Shelist, where he served as Chair of the Real Estate Group. In that role, he advised clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and ongoing portfolio operations.

He works closely with IRA’s institutional investors, lenders, and tenant partners—including leading health systems and global corporations—and is known for a solutions-oriented and commercially pragmatic approach that combines sound legal judgment with transactional insight, enabling IRA to operate efficiently and strategically.
