Janet Bonetto

Controller, Accounting

Janet Bonetto is the Controller at IRA Capital, where she manages all functions of the accounting department. She is responsible for overseeing the accounting, tax, and corporate compliance for IRA Capital and its 250+ affiliated special purpose vehicles/partnerships.

Prior to joining IRA Capital, Ms. Bonetto worked at Summit Healthcare REIT as Accounting Manager. In that role, she managed budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and SEC reporting processes, including the preparation and review of forms 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory filings, while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. She also worked at Shea Properties in the Accounting department in various roles over her 13-year tenure.

Ms. Bonetto earned her BS degree in Business Administration Finance from California State University Long Beach, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University and she holds a California Real Estate broker license.
