Prior to joining IRA Capital, Mr. Mathieson gained extensive experience in the consulting and construction industry, managing tenant improvement projects across the United States for more than four years. His background in development and project delivery provides a strong foundation for coordinating teams, optimizing schedules, and ensuring successful outcomes for IRA Capital’s assets and partners.
