Emma Lee

Ms. Emma Lee is an Accountant at IRA Capital. She is responsible for maintaining the books and records for various property entities, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable, annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and annual 1099 filings. She also provides support to the Controller, Directors, and Asset Managers.

Ms. Lee joined IRA Capital as an Accounting Intern in June 2026. Previously, she worked as a Financial Operations Associate at Biola University, where she processed university fund transactions and maintained donor and endowment records. She also completed internships in finance at Lendistry and Project Destined.

Ms. Lee earned her BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Biola University.
