Eileen Malm

Manager, Accounting

Mrs. Eileen Malm is the Accounting Manager at IRA Capital. She is responsible for maintaining the books and records for various property entities, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparing annual budgets, and performing CAM reconciliations. She also manages annual 1099 filings and provides direct support to the company’s Controller, Directors, and Asset Managers.

Prior to joining IRA Capital, Mrs. Malm worked at Oakmont Management Group LLC as a Senior Accountant. In that role, she managed a portfolio of 12 communities and was responsible for the Real Secured Property Tax of over 90 communities, as well as Unsecured Personal Property Tax. She also oversaw all loans, rents, and leases for the company.

Mrs. Malm earned her BA from Cal State University Long Beach and holds a master’s degree from the Keller School of Management.
