Mr. Lakhani is an Analyst responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Lakhani is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm's investments. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Lakhani worked at Goldman Sachs in the Capital Solutions Group, where he focused on commercial real estate asset-backed financings.

Mr. Lakhani earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
