Featured Transaction: Once Upon a Farm

Once Upon a Farm, founded in 2015 and led in part by Jennifer Garner (“Farmer Jen”) and former Annie’s CEO John Foraker, has emerged as a category leader in fresh baby food and healthy children’s snacks. The company offers organic, non-GMO, cold-pressure pasteurized products and has achieved broad national distribution across major retail platforms, establishing a differentiated presence within the better-for-you children’s nutrition segment.

To support its growth, IRA and Cambridge SPG invested in multiple early-stage rounds, accelerating expansion across both retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

In February 2026, Once Upon a Farm completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange at an approximate $724 million valuation, representing a major milestone in the company’s evolution. The successful IPO reflects the brand’s market leadership, strong consumer resonance, and the scalability of its omnichannel platform.

IRA’s investment aligns with its strategy of partnering with disruptive, mission-driven consumer brands led by experienced operators and supported by institutional capital, with clearly defined pathways to long-term value creation and liquidity.
