Maria Thomas

Office Manager

Ms. Thomas is the Office Manager responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems, and training. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices.

Prior to IRA Capital, Ms. Thomas worked within the defense industry, where she held several management positions. Ms. Thomas has a strong background in project management, including executive level management, strategic program management, procurement, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting. Ms. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
